The staff at the resort were truly exceptional, always
going the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The grounds were beautifully maintained and the atmosphere was relaxing. However, the food quality could have been better. some items were bland compared to our last visit.

good-sized pools, lush vegetation, beach area with coral
The need for improved room updates is glaring!!! A/C inefficiencies and room repairs took far too long!!! Communication gaps with staff about dietary options could use immediate attention!!! Dining choices often limited or overcrowded!!!

The property is really beautiful with well-kept green spaces and a huge pool. We enjoyed the variety of food including fresh sushi and grilled steaks. Our room included air conditioning, a private bathroom, and an alarm clock. The spa offered services like massages and a hot tub. A sauna for relaxation.

missingWrote a review on Aug 03swimming poolterrace with activitiesfriendly staffslow reception
Had an amazing week with friends at this beach resort! The terrace with a swimming pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed tennis and relaxing at the spa. The Explorer's Club for Kids was perfect for our group with fun activities and a pirate ship waterslide. The food was great, and the staff was super friendly. Just a heads up, the check-in can be a bit slow, so plan accordingly.
The only downside was the slow service at the reception during check-in, which could get frustrating after a long trip.
